Thursday, April 25, 2019 -
6:00pm to 8:00pm

While Agile is a methodology used by most companies to improve their software delivery,  most companies struggle with adoption.
Using actual business scenario's, this presentation will apply Agile best practices to real world learnings.

Any stakeholders involved in a project such as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Business Partner, Developer, Architect, etc., that are adopting or working to improve their usage of the agile methodology will benefit from this session.

Presenters have adopted Agile in their projects and both have the distinction of being recognized by the IIBA (International Institute Business Analysis) as CBAPs (Certified Business Analyst Professionals):   Tom Moyer and Jackie Gibbs
